We prioritize quick order processing, which limits our ability to accommodate returns or exchanges for errors such as incorrect item type or size. If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from order placement to cancel and place a corrected order.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Cancellation Guidelines

You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. If this window is missed, your order may already be in processing or shipping. Cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the total order value. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds are no longer available.

 

Conditions for Eligible Returns

  • Received a damaged product.
  • Item arrived broken.
  • Design differs from the order.
  • Size inconsistency.

State of Return Items

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no wear, wash, or alteration allowed. Items must be free of defects unless the fault lies with us, and original tags should be intact. Minor, repairable issues will not qualify for return.

 

Documentation for Refund Claims

To process a refund claim, please provide:

  • Shipping receipt/label.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defects.
  • Relevant email screenshots.
